Mga higala! A wedding proposal occurred yesterday, February 14, 2021, at the Sky Garden of the SM CDO Downtown Premier in Cagayan de Oro City!
The said proposal was planned and executed by Lloyd Pegalan for his beloved Marianne Joy Dagaraga, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Lloyd received a sweet yes from Marriane who was touched and speechless with the surprise.
