24 Jan Vice Mayoralty Candidate With Warrant For Dr. Andutan’s Death Surrenders To CDO Police

Mga higala! A vice mayoralty candidate of Balingoan, Misamis Oriental, who has a warrant of arrest for the murder of Dr. Raul Winston Andutan has surrendered to the police!
According to reports, the said individual, Richard Gepte, was in a monastery in Brgy. Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro City, when he voluntarily gave himself up to the police.
This occurred at around 12:40 pm yesterday, January 23, 2022.
ICYDK, Gepte was formerly issued a warrant of arrest by Regional Trial Court-Branch 21 (Judge Gil Bollozos) after being named as the alleged mastermind behind Andutan’s death by the previously arrested suspects.
