21 Nov Village officials in Lanao del Norte busted for illegal possession of Firearms

Village Officials of Barandia, Salvador, Lanao del Norte were arrested for illegal possession of firearms over the weekend.
According to report by Sunstar.com, the officials were arrested following the search warrant served against Councilman Noaim Radiab, Gani Radiab, Minsuari Radiab, Councilman Abdulwajid Radiab, Councilman Marogong Radiab, Former village chief Madrigal Langitao and Aisah Langitao.
The police seized from Marogong Radiab, Noaim Radiab, and Abdulwajid Radiab several high powered firearms including assault rifles, grenades, dozens of ammunitions.
The implementation of search warrants against the remaining subjects yielded negative.
The suspects who were arrested would face charges and were confined in Tubod, Lanao del Norte Municipal Police Station Jail.
