01 Jun Wage Board Approves P40+ Daily Minimum Wage Increase For Region 10 Workers
Mga higala! The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) has recently approved the increase of minimum wage for private workers in Region 10!
According to DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III, there will be a daily minimum wage increase of P25 upon the set effectivity of RTWPB Northern Mindanao’s Wage Order No. RX-21.
Another P15 to P22 increase will then be implemented on December 16, 2022.
Below are the new minimum wage rates:
- Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Malaybalay, Valencia, Gingoog, El Salvador, Ozamiz, Tagoloan, Villanueva, Jasaan, Opol, Maramag, Quezon, Manolo Fortich, and Lugait
P405 (Non-Agriculture Sector)
P393 (Agriculture Sector)
- Oroquieta, Tangub, Laguindingan, Mambajao, Balingasag, and all other areas (including retail and service establishments employing not more than 10 workers)
P390 (Non-Agriculture Sector)
P378 (Agriculture Sector)
Moreover, domestic workers will receive a monthly wage increase of P500 (based on Wage Order No. RBX-DW-03).
