24 Feb Court Issues Warrant Of Arrest “Without Bail” To Mark Steven Freeman Due To Cryptocurrency Scam In Cagayan de Oro

Mga higala! A WARRANT OF ARREST has been issued by the Regional Trial Court 10- Branch 39 against Ploutos Coin Founder- Mark Steven Freeman, for Large Scale Swindling in relation to his alleged cryptocurrency scam in Cagayan de Oro City. The charges are non-bailable.
The warrant was dated February 12 and was penned by presiding judge Marites Filomena Rana-Bernales, but was released only last February 20.

The Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) is now in the process of serving the said warrant of arrest to Freeman. But, he is currently believed to be in hiding after failing to fulfill his promise of giving payouts to his investors last September 2018.
