Mga higala! Although street flooding is nothing new in Cagayan de Oro City, it’s especially concerning that it’s now constantly occurring in various areas in the Uptown area, including along some of its highway portions!
ICYMI, below is a video of the flooding yesterday, June 21, caused by rains brought by the current Low Pressure Area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):
