05 Nov Water Tanker Bound For Earthquake Victims Crashes @ Makilala, Cotabato: 1 Dead
Mga higala! A water tanker that was supposed to deliver water for earthquake victims, crashed into a canal earlier this morning, November 5, along the highway in Purok 11, Poblacion, Makilala, Cotabato!
According to witnesses, the driver lost control and drove into the canal when the tanker’s brakes failed.
The water tanker’s driver was injured while his helper died.
