Mga higala! A romantic wedding proposal was recently spotted in the middle of the Christmas display at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Capitol in Cagayan de Oro City!
The said proposal was made by Clarence Dave Salindo to his beloved girlfriend—Phoebe Dahino. They have been together for the past 8 years.
