05 Oct WhatsApp Rolls Out New Camera Features, Lets You Draw, Add Emojis and Texts on Photos and Videos
WhatsApp, a texting service between mobile phones, replacing the regular SMS text messages, that uses an internet connection between phones and over 900 million users make use of its services, just recently rolled out new camera features last October 3, 2016, Monday.
The said features include customizing and enhancing photos and videos that you share with your family and friends around the world. Now, you can write or draw on photos and videos, as well as add emojis.
How does it work?
Whenever you are about to share a photo or video, may it be a newly taken one or an existing one on your phone, you’ll automatically see the new editing tools. Draw any shape, add an emoji or enter texts and change its color and font style.
It also supports front-facing flash that enables you to capture that perfect selfie. May it be in low light and at night, this will make your screen to bright up and improve the quality of your photo. A zooming feature for recording videos was also added, and you can achieve this by sliding your finger up and down to zoom in and out. Tap the screen twice to quickly switch between front and rear-facing cameras.
WhatsApps is available for iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Nokia Symbian60-phones. And the mentioned features are currently available for Android phones, and soon to be available for iPhones.
