Mga higala! Winset Jacot, an amazing singer/songwriter from Cagayan de Oro City, has garnered the TOP 12 spot in the Commission on Filipinos Overseas’ (CFO) 1st Himigrasyon Songwriting Contest!
ICYDK, as the 12th placer, Winset’s “Himigrasyon” song rose above the over 300 entries from various contestants in over 20 countries.
