A woman who spent 11 years in jail time was arrested again in Cagayan De Oro for possession and sale of illegal drugs.
According to a report from ABS-CBN, Esther Flores, 45, who was arrested in 2003 and spent 11 years in jail, was arrested again during a buy-and-bust operation conducted at Zone 6, Barangay Bonbon.
According to the suspect, selling illegal drugs was her only way to earn money to pay for her debts.
Earlier last week, her live-in partner was also apprehended by the police in Misamis Oriental for selling illegal drugs.
