03 Apr Woman Lied About Being Kidnapped and Raped – COCPO

From Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro news article, a woman who insisted of being kidnaped and raped by the syndicates at Barangay Agusan last March 6, 2017 was found lying by Cagayan de Oro City Police.
This a result of an investigation conducted by the COCPO who found out that the complainant departed from her family in Gingoog City five years ago.
According to the Cagayan de Oro City Police Officer (COCPO) spokesperson, Mardy Hortillosa that since 2015 there are no records regarding the abduction of the syndicates in the city where internal organs of the victims are induced.
