16 Nov Woman Caught Repacking Shabu in Barangay 12, Siblings arrested in CDO Drug Bust
To be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are three siblings from Barangay 12, Cagayan de Oro who were identified as 28-year-old Quennie Sabella Cartajena, Norman Sabella Sacala, and Roland Sabella Cartajena. They were arrested together with their neighbor, Ulysses Caguindingan, after being involved in illegal drugs.
The police caught Quennie while repacking suspected shabu in her home in Monte Carlo, Pabayo-Pacana Streets in Barangay 12, while her two brothers were having a drug session nearby.
Seized from the suspects were shabu, estimated to amount to P28,000, and several drug paraphernalia.
