21 Mar Working Student Holding A ‘Walis-Tambo’ For His Graduation Picture Goes Viral
The profile picture of Christopher Dahn Saliendra, a graduating student of Notre Dame of Marbel University, Koronadal City with a Bachelor in Secondary Education- Major in Mathematics has gone viral on social media in just a few days.
He did not receive an award or any recognition, but he was praised by thousands of netizens for showing that anyone can achieve their goals with patience and hard work, symbolizing it by holding a broom while wearing his toga in a graduation picture.
According to Saliendra, his broom was one of the things that helped him finish college, which took him six (6) years to achieve since he can only acquire a full load of 18-21 units as a working student.
