13 Jun Young CdeO singer wins in the Voice Teens PH battle rounds
Young Kagay-anon singer, Carlos Navea, battle it out last Sunday night – June 11, 2017, against DJ Caoile from Nueva Ejica with Justin Beiber’s single Cold Water. The battle started out with Carlos singing the first verse in acoustics and then picked up by DJ with the full instrumental. Carlos impressed the judges with his rapping skills and his own rendition of the song.
Coach Sharon complimented the two for singing the song but opted to go with Carlos while Coach Sarah went with DJ because of his voice range.
Coach Lea, on the other hand, went with Carlos and ultimately their Coach Bamboo selected the Young Kagay-anon singer.
Carlos will advance to the knockout rounds.
